COVID-19 SAFETY

We continue to follow industry and health department standards and guidelines.  

Some of our policies currently in place are:

We are asking any guests that are experiencing any symptoms of the Covid-19 virus (fever, dry cough, difficulty breathing, loss of taste or smell, or body aches), or who have recently been in contact with someone with the Covid-19 virus, to NOT visit the resort or dining room.

By orders of the state of Pennsylvania and our own policy, guests are asked to wear face coverings when:

• Outdoors and unable to consistently maintain a distance of six feet from individuals who are not members of their household.
• In any indoor location where members of the public are generally permitted. Face coverings may be removed when seated at your table.

Guests are asked maintain a safe distance between themselves and other guests at all times. 

Restaurant seating capacity will be reduced to safely space tables apart from one another.

Housekeeping is limited to a thorough cleaning at the end of the guest’s stay – we are not going from room to room daily.  Towel changes and any other guest needs are available upon request.  We have asked for a slightly earlier check-out time and a later check-in time to allow for extra time for additional cleaning protocols between guest stays.  

Employees are asked not to report to work if they are experiencing any symptoms, or have been in contact with someone with Covid-19 recently.  

Employees to wear face coverings.

As per heath department guidance, the pool will be open, as the virus is killed by the chlorine used to treat the pool water.  Guests should distance themselves safely on the pool deck.  

The situation will continue to be monitored and appropriate changes to service and procedures will follow.
